New Providers

If you are a new Provider, we invite you to track your treatment patterns and patient outcomes through the our database and feedback reporting system. This system provides powerful reports that allow you to compare your practice with similar practices to help you to achieve higher patient control rates and better outcomes. The Hypertension Initiative also encourages and supports primary care physicians to become certified Hypertension Specialists through the American Society for Hypertensions (ASH) certification process.
